Roadblock abandoned war years ago, but now he’s dragged back into battle when innocent lives begin disappearing. Using stolen experimental technology recovered from an abandoned Arctic facility, Cobra Commander launches “Project Dominion,” an AI-controlled global weapons system capable of taking control of every military network on Earth.
